Thai Massage
Thai massage combines elements of energy work, yoga, and Sen lines (think Chinese meridians). Recipients are fully clothed and lay passively on a thai mat on the floor, I'll lead you through stretches, stimulate pressure points and leave you feeling light, open and relaxed. Thai massage can help alleviate stress, tension, anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Table Thai/ Swedish Hybrid
Table Thai is the best of both Thai and Swedish. In this 90 minute session you’ll start fully clothed on the table, I’ll lead you through stretches and stimulate pressure points leaving your body open to receive traditional Swedish massage. The remaining hour or so will be traditional Swedish. You’ll leave this session feeling lighter, more open and flexible.

Thai Reflexology
Thai Reflexology is heaven for your calves and feet. Enjoy a relaxing foot and calf massage to help release tension through out the entire body. Pressure points are then stimulated on the bottoms of the feet, each point corresponding to an organ, helping to bring the body back into balance.

Swedish
Swedish massage incorporates long fluid strokes, relaxing the nervous system and helping to release stress, tension and trauma. In this full body massage, clients will be undressed and modestly draped. Receiving regular massage has been proven to reduce the negative affects of stress on the body, increase the release of oxytocin (the love hormone), and allow one to be more adaptable to change.

Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue is perfect for those stubborn knots, repeat sports injuries or those who enjoy a bit more pressure. I use firmer pressure and more tools, lots of elbows, forearms and fists. As with Swedish, I always incorporate range of motion to leave the body more mobile and open. As with any service the depth of pressure can be adjusted.

Prenatal/ Induction Massage
Prenatal is Swedish massage for expectant mamas. This side lying massage is specifically tailored to help ease the aches, stretching and growing pains associated with pregnancy. Mamas in their second trimester on are encouraged to book this massage, first trimester massage is not offered. Mamas who are 38 weeks and beyond may book induction massage, similar to prenatal, induction massage is intended to bring on labor by stimulating specific pressure points.

Facial Cupping/Gua Sha
This ancient traditional Chinese modality has been used for centuries to detoxify the skin, rejuvenate the face and leave you feeling (and looking!) years younger. This session helps to smooth fine lines and wrinkles, detoxify the skin, release tension in the muscles of the face, reduce puffiness and inflammation and flush the lymphatic system.
This session will begin with a relaxing head and scalp massage, I’ll use a jade roller, jade gua sha stones and facial cups (no they aren’t left on the skin for prolonged periods of time and you will not look like an octopus attacked you!) to massage the muscles of the face and neck. An acupuncture pen (its a metal wand, no needles!) will be used to stimulate certain pressure points that will leave your skin glowing and fresh. This can be a stand alone 60 minute session or added on to any existing table session. Its the perfect addition to your massage, facelift without going under the knife!

Tok Sen
This traditional Thai massage technique magically melts knots, eases blockages and provides a surprisingly relaxing addition to any massage! Using a rosewood hammer and chisel, the sen lines of the body are tapped to create space for blockages to move out and through. The rhythmic vibration adds another layer of healing to each session! Tok Sen will be intuitively woven into each session, as needed, allowing a deeper, more cohesive release of stress, tension and dis-ease.

Thai Herbal Compress
This traditional Thai massage technique is a divine addition to any table massage! The relaxing heat and moisture in addition to the benefits of the herbs provides a deeply healing experience. Whether you’re suffering from skin conditions, muscles aches and pains or joint inflammation, these magical compresses will have you feeling amazing in no time! Compresses will be intuitively woven in throughout the session.
*Please note the herbs will likely discolor skin. Hot towels are used and will be provided after each session so you can towel off but I would avoid wearing light colors.

Hot Stone
Envision a luxurious heated table, warm oil and basalt stones melting away any tension stored in your muscles. This massage is a beautiful way to drift off to another place. This session elevates the experience of a traditional Swedish and leaves you feeling relaxed, open and stress free!

Cupping
Cupping is an ancient modality that uses suction to pull blood to an area so the body can work it’s magic to release toxins, lymphatic build up and helps soften tight muscles. Cups are usually placed on the back and shoulders for up to 30 minutes and may result in marks, welts and or bruising. This is part of the healing process and completely normal.

The Goddess Package
This luxurious package is fit for a Goddess!
This 2.5 hour session begins with a custom blend Vsteam and foot soak, while you sip organic herbal tea, followed by a 90 minute massage with carefully curated essential oils and hot towels, and ends with a rejuvenating Gua Sha facial massage! You’ll leave floating on a cloud!

Hygge is a Norwegian word that describes a mood of coziness, I can't think of a better way to embody coziness than to indulge in a day of self care!
This package is 2.5 hours of bliss that starts off with a 30 minute foot soak while you sip herbal, organic tea from Five Goddess Farm. Once your senses are relaxed and warm a 90 minute hot stone massage awaits, to further soothe your body and ends with a 30 minute reflexology session. You'll love feeling like jello!

Just for the pregnant goddess, this package is 2.5 hours of bliss for the mama to be!
Ease your tired feet in an herbal foot soak while you sip organic, herbal tea from Five Goddess Farm. Continue the pampering with a 90 minute prenatal massage and end with a 30 minute reiki session to ease anxiety and calm the nervous system. You'll leave feeling as if you're walking on a cloud!

This session is the perfect way for the two of you to relax, unwind and bond together! Enjoy a pot of organic herbal tea before your session to begin the melt down! Each session is specifically formulated for you and your partner! You’ll even leave with a goodie bag full of organic tea, aromatherapy and organic lavender eye pillows so you can bring the magic home!
