May – Healing Modalities: EFT, TRE & Beyond
Explore Emotional Freedom Technique, Tension Release Exercises, and other somatic healing practices. Learn to release stored emotion and return to your body as a safe place.
June – Chakras, Energetic Anatomy & Meridians
