Goddess Cocoon Guest Reader
Niki Bowen | Human Design Readings
Tuesday, August 25 | 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
We're so excited to welcome Niki Bowen to the Goddess Cocoon for a day of one-on-one Human Design Readings.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, curious about your unique energetic blueprint, or simply longing to understand yourself more deeply, Human Design offers a profoundly validating and illuminating experience. Niki brings a compassionate, grounded approach that blends her expertise in holistic health and nervous system regulation with the wisdom of Human Design, helping you discover practical ways to work with your body instead of against it.
If you've ever found yourself wondering why conventional wellness advice doesn't seem to fit, this may be exactly the conversation your nervous system has been waiting for.
Human Design was not specifically developed to be a nervous system tool but that’s where my background has lead me to take it. As a holistic health coach who focuses on nervous system dysregulation as the root cause of all root causes, I've merged the two together because it gives my clients faster results. Most regulation advice is fairly generic. Breathe more. Meditate. Manage stress. None of it accounts for the fact that your system isn't built like everyone else's. Human Design shows you exactly where your energy is steady and where it's porous, what kind of input wears you out, and what your body needs to come back to baseline (not what works for the woman next to you). Some of the stuff you find out about your design will run directly in contradiction to current stress management advice and you have to try it to believe it. Some of it you already know, deep down, but you needed an outsider to validate those nudges. At its very core, Human Design is about truly becoming yourself, and healing in the process.
Appointments are available Tuesday, August 25 from 11:00 AM–5:00 PM inside the peaceful Goddess Cocoon at Ashley Masters Healing Arts Wellness Center.
Space is limited, and advance booking is required.
