Every session at Ashley Masters Healing Arts is intentionally shaped around you — your body, your nervous system, your energy, and what is asking for care that day. Rather than asking you to choose from an overwhelming menu of modalities, we'll listen together and allow the work to meet you where you are.

You don't need to know exactly what you need before you arrive. You simply need to arrive.

Bodywork

Because meaningful bodywork shouldn't feel rushed.

Individual bodywork sessions begin at 90 minutes intentionally.

The body rarely arrives ready to immediately let go. It takes time to settle into the space, soften out of the pace of the day, allow the nervous system to downshift, and begin revealing what is actually asking for attention.

Longer sessions give us the spaciousness to listen rather than race through a predetermined sequence. Depending on your needs, our work may draw from Swedish and therapeutic massage, deep tissue, Thai massage, reflexology, prenatal or induction massage, gua sha facial massage, Reiki, and other supportive techniques within my practice.

90 Minutes | $225

A deeply personalized session with space to address areas of tension while supporting the body and nervous system as a whole.

120 Minutes | $240

For those craving greater depth and whole-body restoration. Two hours gives us the freedom to work more comprehensively, allowing the session to unfold without asking your body to hurry.

Energy Work

A quieter doorway into restoration.

Energy work creates space to slow down, reconnect, and support the subtle places that aren't always reached through physical touch alone.

Sessions may incorporate Reiki, tuning forks, sound healing, crystals, and intuitive energetic work, thoughtfully woven together according to what feels most supportive for you that day.

Whether you're seeking nervous system support, energetic clearing, emotional integration, deep rest, or simply a place to exhale, you can choose the amount of space that feels right for you.

60 Minutes | $180

A beautiful reset for grounding, energetic balance, nervous system support, and deep rest.

90 Minutes | $225

A more spacious experience with time to settle deeply into the work and allow for greater energetic and emotional integration.

120 Minutes | $240

An immersive energy session for those craving deeper restoration, spaciousness, and the freedom to fully surrender to the experience.

Sacred Spa Rituals

Sometimes what you need isn't simply another appointment.

You need time.

My Sacred Spa Rituals are immersive 2.5-hour experiences created for the moments when your body, heart, and nervous system are asking to be deeply tended.

Each ritual moves beyond a traditional massage or energy session, weaving together bodywork, energy healing, warmth, sound, aromatherapy, and ritual into a deeply personalized experience.

For 2.5 uninterrupted hours, there is nowhere else you need to be. Nothing you need to accomplish. Nothing you need to hold together.

You simply get to receive.

Session Packages

Make consistent care part of your rhythm.

For those who know they want to return, session packages offer flexibility while allowing your care to deepen over time.

Packages can be mixed and matched across eligible services, including Reiki, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal + Induction Massage, Private Yoga, and Gua Sha Facial Massage.

And while individual bodywork appointments begin at 90 minutes, purchasing a 60-minute package gives you continued access to 60-minute sessions, making packages a wonderful option for those who prefer shorter, more frequent care.

All packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
