Brooke Jackson is a psychic and spiritual midwife guiding others on the sacred path of returning to themselves—liberating from the stories, patterns, and protections that once kept them safe but no longer serve. Hi, I'm Dr. Sydney the heart behind The Ampersand Collective. With an undergraduate degree in social services and a background working in organ and tissue donation, I've spent much of my career supporting individuals and families through profound transitions - moments of both deep grief and immeasurable love.
As a chiropractor, specializing in pregnancy and pediatric care, I combine my expertise in physical healing with my passion for emotional support. I am also certified in acupuncture and dry needling allowing me to take a holistic approach to care that nurtures both body and mind.
I created The Ampersand Collective as a home - a space where mothers navigating birth and loss can feel seen, supported and understood. My work is rooted in empathy, validation, and the belief that grief and joy can coexist. Through support groups and perinatal provider education, I'm here to offer both a steady hand and a soft place to land.
