Directions

The driveway is a one way street in between the day care and the gorgeous White House ( that’s me!) Parking is in the back, to the right. Enter through the back door, the restroom is on the right if you need it and the waiting room is to the left. Please have a seat and I’ll come grab you momentarily! After the magic happens you’ll exit through the back driveway which dumps out onto Beaumont Ave.

Intake Forms

Your care begins before you arrive.

Your intake forms give me the opportunity to learn a little more about you before we meet — your needs, intentions, health history, and anything else that may help me thoughtfully prepare for our time together.

Please complete all applicable intake forms well in advance of your appointment whenever possible. All required forms must be received before your session can begin, and having them completed beforehand ensures that we can protect the full length of the time you've reserved for your care.

Before your visit, I also invite you to spend a few moments on my Information page. You'll find everything you need to know before arriving so you can feel comfortable, prepared, and at ease from the moment you walk through the door.

When You Arrive

Please make yourself at home in the lobby when you arrive.

I poured my heart into creating a space that feels warm, beautiful, and deeply welcoming, so there is no need to rush upstairs or wonder where to go. Settle in, take a seat, and give yourself a few quiet moments to transition out of the day and into your time here.

If you need it, you'll find a restroom just to the right when you enter the lobby.

I'll come downstairs to welcome you a few minutes before your session is scheduled to begin.

From there, you don't need to worry about a thing. This time is yours.
