There is a moment in every healer’s journey when we begin to understand that healing is not only something we do with our hands—it is something we learn to listen for, cultivate, and allow.
Reiki Level 1: Foundations of Energy Healing is an immersive introduction to the gentle yet powerful healing art of Usui Reiki, created for those who feel called to deepen their relationship with energy, intuition, self-healing, and the wisdom of the body.
Throughout our day together, we will explore the history and principles of Reiki, the chakra system, energetic awareness, traditional hand placements, and practices for creating greater balance, clarity, and calm. You will learn how to channel Reiki for yourself and others while beginning to recognize the subtle language of energy through guided, hands-on practice.
At the heart of Reiki Level 1 is the practice of self-healing. Before Reiki becomes something we offer to another person, it becomes a way of tending to ourselves—a practice of presence, grounding, listening, and returning home to the body.
During this training, you will:
Explore the history, philosophy, and foundational principles of Usui Reiki
Learn how Reiki energy is channeled and experienced
Explore the chakra system and energetic body
Learn traditional Reiki hand placements
Develop practices for self-Reiki and energetic self-care
Practice offering Reiki to others in a supportive, heart-led environment
Explore how Reiki may support emotional release, physical healing, manifestation, balance, and wellbeing

Reiki Level 1 is beautiful for massage therapists, bodyworkers, wellness practitioners, caregivers, and anyone curious about energy healing. No previous Reiki or energy-work experience is required.
