Women’s health seems like such a buzzword right now, in actuality it’s been an extremely important, yet overlooked, topic for centuries. Mentally, physically and emotionally, the journey to finding balance, acceptance, perseverance and health is ultimately a personal one. No two of us women are exactly alike. Luckily we have each other!

As a mother of four women, a sexual/emotional/mental/physical abuse survivor, cancer survivor, and most importantly, WOMAN, I’m humbled and honored to guide you on your own journey to health. I draw upon decades of experience, thousands of hours of training and the deep desire to turn unspeakable pain into the kind of life lessons that propel us women into a space of strength, healing and connectedness.

VSteams

Vsteams have been used for centuries for a multitude of reasons. They help ease infections ( bacterial, yeast, uti’s), lessen the severity of heavy periods, reduce fibroids and cysts, to increase fertility, help balance hormones and even aid in digestive complaints.

Each vsteam session is customized with herbs specific to your concerns and comes with a pot of herbal tea for you to sip while you steam. The perfect addition to any session or as a stand alone.

Foot Soaks

Foot soaks are not only a luxurious way to relax, they help relax and calm the womb space. Each soak comes with a pot of herbal tea to sip while you soak. Epsom and Himalayan pink salt, a custom blend of herbs, flowers and essential oils makes this YOU time blissful!

The Goddess Package

This luxurious package is fit for a Goddess!

This 2.5 hour session begins with a custom blend Vsteam and foot soak, while you sip organic herbal tea, followed by a 90 minute massage with carefully curated essential oils and hot towels, and ends with a rejuvenating Gua Sha facial massage! You’ll leave floating on a cloud!

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work. It balances the body on every level, energetically (chakras), physically and even mentally. Reiki is used to help ease pain, distress, depression and bring clarity (I call it magic) into your life. Leave a session feeling like you’re walking on air, light yet grounded! I’ve been a reiki practitioner for over 7 years though I’ve been an energy worker and medium my whole life. I can’t wait to connect with you!

What to expect in a session.

Clients lay fully clothed on a massage table while I use traditional and intuitive hand positions to transmit reiki. Clients can expect to feel heat, warm fuzzies as I call them, waves of relaxation and emotional responses are completely normal!

Prenatal/ Induction Massage

Prenatal is Swedish massage for expectant mamas. This side lying massage is specifically tailored to help ease the aches, stretching and growing pains associated with pregnancy. Mamas in their second trimester on are encouraged to book this massage, first trimester massage is not offered. Mamas who are 38 weeks and beyond may book induction massage, similar to prenatal, induction massage is intended to bring on labor by stimulating specific pressure points.
