Deep Stretch

This class begins with a full body warm up to prepare the body for longer holds the open that body, relax the mind and ease the spirit. Perfect for all levels, even beginners. As always, all yogis are encouraged to practice at their own pace and listen to their bodies.



Mindful Vinyasa

This all levels class is perfect for every yogi, even beginners. This is a mindful yet dynamic and faster paced class, but as always, yogis are encouraged to listen to their bodies and modify and take breaks when needed. You can expect to leave this class feeling open, strong and light!

Mindful Movement Series: Qigong, Yoga, and Tai Chi Exploration

Join our Mindful Movement Series, an exploration of Qigong and the graceful art of Tai Chi. With roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Philosophy, this series progressively introduces elements of Tai Chi, offering a holistic path to enhanced well-being.
