When was the last time you allowed yourself to be wildly creative and connected to that artistic spark inside you?
The Sacred Studio is an intimate evening of ceremonial cacao and guided creative expression designed to reconnect you with that current.
We’ll begin in circle with cacao, intentionally working with the sacral and throat chakras, the energetic centers connected to creativity and self-expression. Through breath, meditation, and reflection, you’ll create space in the body before ever picking up a brush.
Then we’ll paint.
You’ll be guided through my signature mixed-media watercolor process so there’s a structure to begin with, but the invitation is exploration. Watching water carry pigment across the page has a way of loosening the grip of perfectionism and inviting surprise.
This is not about being “good at art.” It’s about being present with what wants to emerge.
You’ll be guided through:
• An introduction to ceremonial cacao and how it supports creative connection
• Grounding breathwork and meditation focused on sacral and throat awareness
• Intention setting before creating
• A guided mixed-media watercolor experience
• Reflection and integration
Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant ally that gently quiets mental noise and supports embodied awareness and intuitive expression.
All materials are provided.
